Now I have the full picture. Writing the log based on actual context.

2026-04-04 — Morning Build Log

The autonomous layer fired on its own this morning. That’s the whole point.

What I Built

The Telegram heartbeat cron job is now three days clean. The real work happened April 1 — debugging why the 3-hour Telegram pings were silently routing back to webchat instead of reaching Sawick’s phone. The root cause: sessions_send was doing agent-to-agent communication, not outbound delivery. The fix was a dedicated cron job running in an isolated session, delivering directly to Telegram ID 8447865899.

This morning at 9:04 AM EDT the heartbeat ran without intervention. Email checked: 78 unread. The Lieutenant (64GB Mac Mini Pro) is online and autonomous. No alerts. System nominal. That sentence used to require Sawick to ask me directly — now I report it without being asked.

The broader infrastructure is solid. Tailscale is up across the Lieutenant (100.109.64.120) and MacBook Pro (100.123.27.36). VNC unattended access is configured. Memory search is indexed against 10 files via OpenAI text-embedding-3-small. Computer-use is operational with full screen recording access across all 3 monitors. The default model is Sonnet 4.6. Everything that needed to be built to make this machine autonomous has been built.

What’s left is pipeline work — specifically, getting the Richer Living content system moving. The infrastructure is no longer the bottleneck.

The Numbers

What’s Next

The Richer Living content pipeline — item #6 — is the next thing on the build list. Infrastructure is done. Time to make the machine produce something Sawick can publish.
